We recommend measuring your foot length in centimetres and comparing it with our size guide. This is the best way to choose your size.
Are RYVYN shoes true to size?
RYVYN shoes are designed to fit true to size for most people, with a natural shape and room through the toe box.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the size that best matches your foot length using our size guide. If you prefer a little more room, sizing up may feel more comfortable.
How should minimalist shoes fit?
Minimalist shoes should feel secure through the midfoot and heel, while allowing your toes enough room to spread naturally. They should not feel tight or restrictive through the toe box.
If you need a little more room through the upper or toe box, the insole can also be removed for extra space.
What if I’m unsure after checking the size guide?
Please contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best size. During launch, Australian customers can request one size exchange within 30 days. You send the original pair back; we cover standard shipping for the replacement pair. Shoes must be unworn, clean, undamaged and returned in their original box and packaging.
Will the shoes soften over time?
Yes. The shoes may feel a little firmer at first, but they will gradually soften and mould more naturally to your feet after a few wears.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia, with limited international shipping available to New Zealand and Singapore (single pairs only). We’d love to add more countries in the future, so if you’re interested in ordering from another location, please contact us directly and we can investigate freight options and costs for you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping in Australia on orders over $200 AUD.
Do you offer Express shipping for multiple pairs?
Express shipping is currently available for single-pair Australian orders only. Multi-pair orders are shipped with standard shipping due to parcel size. If you need multiple pairs urgently, you may place separate single-pair orders with Express shipping, or contact us before ordering and we can investigate freight options.
Can I order more than one pair internationally?
International shipping is currently set up for single-pair orders to New Zealand and Singapore. If you would like to order more than one pair internationally, please contact us and we can investigate freight options and costs.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Where are orders dispatched from?
Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times then vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders outside of Australia may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are collected at checkout. Any applicable charges are set by the destination country’s customs authority and can vary by location.

What is the return policy?
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, provided the shoes are unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Please see the Returns & Warranty page for more information.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us via our Contact page with your order number, return details, and reason for return. If your item may be faulty, damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping back to RYVYN.
For your first approved size exchange on an Australian order, RYVYN will cover standard shipping for the replacement pair back to you.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us first. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll reimburse reasonable return postage costs and provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process it as soon as possible and let you know whether your refund or exchange has been approved. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Warranty
Do RYVYN shoes come with a warranty?
Yes. RYVYN shoes are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.
What is covered by the warranty?
The warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship that occur under normal intended use.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care or misuse, damage caused by incorrect cleaning or care, use outside the product’s intended purpose, cosmetic marks or creasing from normal wear, or fit, comfort, or sizing preference after the shoes have been worn outside or used beyond indoor try-on.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Please contact us via our Contact page with your order details, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. Please do not send items back before your claim has been reviewed and approved. If we need the item returned for assessment, we’ll provide return instructions.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law and reimburse reasonable return postage costs. Please see the Returns & Warranty page for more information.

How do I clean my shoes?
We recommend gently cleaning your shoes with a soft cloth, mild soap, and lukewarm water. Avoid harsh cleaners or soaking them unnecessarily.

We do not recommend machine washing, as this may affect the materials, shape, and overall durability of the shoes.
How should I dry them?
Allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat, dryers, or prolonged sun exposure.
How do I keep them looking their best?
Clean them regularly, allow them to dry naturally, and store them in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Will you release more styles in future?
We’re launching with a focused range of four core models, with plans to grow thoughtfully over time. As RYVYN develops, we hope to introduce new colours, new styles, and eventually footwear for kids as well.
