Guided Foot Sizing Tool

Our guided sizing tool is designed to help you measure your feet and identify an appropriate RYVYN starting size.

Depending on the features used, the tool may process:

• access to your device camera or photo library;

• photographs showing your foot and a reference card or measuring object;

• the locations of measurement markers placed on the photograph;

• estimated foot length and width measurements;

• your preferred fit, sock choice, or other sizing answers;

• the size recommendation produced by the tool; and

• technical or diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the tool.

Camera or photo-library access will only occur after you grant permission through your device or browser.

Reference Card Privacy

The tool may use a standard-sized card as a scale reference.

Do not photograph the front of a payment card or include your card number, expiry date, security code, signature, account details, or other sensitive information.

Where possible, use:

• the blank back of a suitable card;

• a card-sized object without personal information; or

• another supported measuring reference shown in the sizing instructions.

RYVYN does not require or request payment-card information through the sizing tool.

How Sizing Photographs and Measurements Are Used

Sizing photographs, measurement markers, sizing answers, and estimated measurements are used only to:

• calculate a foot measurement;

• provide a size and fit recommendation;

• display the result during the current sizing session;

• identify and resolve technical errors; and

• improve the reliability and usability of the sizing process using non-identifying or aggregated information where possible.

RYVYN does not use foot photographs or measurements:

• to identify you;

• for facial, biometric, or identity recognition;

• for advertising or marketing;

• to determine eligibility for a product or service;

• as payment information; or

• to add information to your Shopify customer account or order history.

A size recommendation is guidance only and is not a medical assessment or diagnosis.

Storage and Retention of Sizing Information

The sizing tool is designed so that foot photographs, reference-card images, measurement markers, and individual sizing inputs are processed for the active sizing session and are not intentionally retained by RYVYN after the session ends.

The sizing session may end when you:

• close or refresh the page;

• restart the sizing process;

• leave the sizing tool; or

• complete the session.

Temporary processing may occur through your browser, device, or the technical infrastructure used to operate the sizing tool.

Ordinary technical information, such as error messages, browser type, device type, security logs, and general usage information, may be retained where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service. We do not intentionally include foot photographs or full measurement images in these technical records.

If the technical design or data-handling practices of the sizing tool change, we will update this Privacy Policy and the notice displayed within the tool.
