Launch Fit Guarantee
During launch, Australian customers can request one size exchange within 30 days of delivery.
If your shoes aren’t the right size, please contact us with your order details, the size you ordered, and the replacement size you would like.
Once your exchange request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Your replacement size will be dispatched once the original pair has been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for sending the original pair back to us. For your first approved size exchange, RYVYN will cover standard shipping for the replacement pair back to you.
Size exchanges are available for Australian orders only, subject to stock availability, and apply once per order.
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- items must be returned with their original shoe box and packaging
- items must not show signs of outdoor wear, dirt, marks, odours, damage, or wear related creasing
- the original shoe box must be undamaged and suitable for resale
Shoes may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to check fit. Please do not wear them outside unless you are sure you are keeping them.
Please do not use the shoe box as the external postage box. The shoe box must be placed inside another satchel, carton, or protective outer packaging.
Size exchanges and change-of-mind returns
If your shoes aren’t the right fit, you may request a size exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the return conditions above.
During launch, Australian customers can request one size exchange per order. This applies to size exchanges only and is subject to stock availability. Please see the Return shipping section below for shipping responsibilities.
If you change your mind and would prefer a refund instead of a size exchange, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the shoes meet the return conditions above. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping
For approved Australian size exchanges during launch, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original pair to RYVYN. For your first approved size exchange, RYVYN will cover standard shipping for the replacement pair back to you.
For change-of-mind refund returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot process a return that is not received.
If an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, RYVYN will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required. Please keep your postage receipt.
Size exchanges under the Launch Fit Guarantee are currently available for Australian orders only.
International customers are responsible for return shipping for size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page or email support@ryvyn.com.au with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
We may be able to assess the issue from the information provided. If we need the item returned for assessment, we will provide return instructions.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law and reimburse reasonable return postage costs where applicable.
Warranty
RYVYN shoes are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- accidental damage
- improper care or misuse
- damage caused by incorrect cleaning or care
- damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose
- cosmetic marks, creasing, or changes caused by normal wear
- fit, comfort, or sizing preference after the shoes have been worn outside or used beyond indoor try-on
Intended use
RYVYN shoes are designed primarily for casual lifestyle wear, walking, and everyday use. They are not intended for high-impact sport, trail use, hiking, work-safety, protective, or performance activity. Use outside their intended purpose may affect wear and durability.
How to request a return or warranty claim

For size exchanges, please include the size you ordered and the replacement size you would like. If your item may be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue.
Please do not send items back before your return, exchange, or warranty claim has been approved. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Assessment and approval
All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund, exchange, replacement, or warranty claim has been approved.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
