We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately, including their colours, images, sizing information, materials, and descriptions.

Actual colours and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, and other factors.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may change, discontinue, or limit products or product quantities without notice.

Sizing Information and Recommendations

Our Size Guide and guided sizing tool are designed to help customers choose an appropriate starting size.

Size recommendations are based on the measurements, photographs, fit preferences, and other information supplied by the customer. Individual foot shape, width, volume, sock choice, and fit preference may affect how a shoe feels.

Customers should follow the measurement instructions carefully and try both shoes indoors on a clean surface before wearing them outside.

A sizing recommendation does not affect eligibility for the Free First Fit Exchange or any other rights available under our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy or Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We may change product prices, promotions, and shipping charges at any time before an order is placed.

Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing, technical, or system error. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.

Orders

An order is subject to acceptance and product availability.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where:

• a product is unavailable;

• incorrect product or pricing information has been displayed;

• payment cannot be authorised or verified;

• incorrect or incomplete customer information has been provided;

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorised activity; or

• the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled products and any applicable shipping charges.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply when you use their services.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping service, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Returns, Size Exchanges, and Warranty

Returns, size exchanges, change-of-mind returns, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

Australian customers are eligible for one Free First Fit Exchange per pair when the exchange is requested within 30 days of delivery and the shoes meet the return conditions.

For an eligible Free First Fit Exchange, RYVYN will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover standard delivery of the replacement size.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for other change-of-mind returns, exchanges requested after 30 days, and second or subsequent size exchanges, except where otherwise stated in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy or required by law.

Unworn shoes may be returned within 100 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Where a return is required, RYVYN will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Please contact us and obtain approval before sending any product back.

Intended Use

RYVYN shoes are designed primarily for casual lifestyle wear, walking, and everyday use.

They are not designed as specialist running, sporting, trail, hiking, work-safety, protective, or high-performance footwear.

Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for using and caring for products appropriately and following any supplied care instructions.

The RYVYN 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, incorrect cleaning, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Website Use

You must not use this website:

• for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

• to transmit malicious software, harmful code, or disruptive material;

• to interfere with the website’s operation or security;

• to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or associated systems;

To the extent permitted by law, RYVYN is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products where that loss was not reasonably foreseeable or was caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

The guided sizing tool may process photographs, measurements, device information, or other information required to produce a size recommendation. Further information about how this data is handled will be provided in our Privacy Policy and within the sizing tool.

Changes will take effect when the updated terms are published on this website. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms applying to an order already accepted, except where required by law.
