If you're unsure, measure your foot from heel to longest toe while standing and use the chart below as a guide.
Still unsure? During launch, Australian customers can request one size exchange within 30 days. You send the original pair back; we cover standard shipping for the replacement pair. Shoes must be unworn, clean and returned in original packaging.
Minimalist shoes should allow a small amount of space in front of the toes so your toes can spread naturally while walking.
Unisex sizing: Our shoes use a single unisex size scale rather than separate men’s and women’s sizing. For most people, the best starting point is their usual EU size.
How to measure and choose your size
For best fit, choose the size where the last length is approximately 0.5–1.0 cm longer than your measured foot length.
Sizing tip
Last length is the manufacturer's sizing reference and represents the approximate internal space of the shoe. Use it as a guide when comparing your measured foot length.
Between sizes
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Minimalist shoes should not feel tight in the toe box.
Extra room
If you prefer a little more space through the upper or toe box, the removable insole can be taken out if needed.
Break-in note
The shoes may feel slightly firm at first but will soften and mould more naturally to your feet after a few wears.
