We currently ship within Australia, with international shipping available to New Zealand and Singapore for single-pair orders only. We’d love to add more countries in the future, so if you’re interested in ordering from another location, please contact us and we can investigate freight options and costs.
Dispatch location
Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launch periods, promotions, or peak times, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:
- Australia Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Australia Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
- New Zealand and Singapore International Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200 AUD. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect address details
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery delays
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive on time, shipping timeframes are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur outside our control.
Returns and size exchanges
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns and size exchanges is not included in our standard shipping rates.
For approved Australian size exchanges during launch, customers are responsible for sending the original pair back to RYVYN. RYVYN will cover standard shipping for the replacement pair back to you.
